١-الخدمات الطبية

المعتمدين

بديلاً عن الاستشارة الطبية أو التشخيص أو العلاج
يتحمّل العميل مسؤولية تزويد مقدم الخدمة بالمعلومات الطبية الدقيقة والكاملة -
٢- الخدمات المنزلية
تُقدَّم الخدمات المنزلية (مثل التنظيف، السباكة، الكهرباء وغيرها) من قبل فنيين مدرَّبين -
على الرغم من حرصنا على جودة الخدمة، فإن بَسمة إكسبرس غير مسؤولة عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة -
أو عرضية قد تحدث أثناء أو بعد تقديم الخدمة، ما لم يثبت أنها ناتجة عن إهمال جسيم
٣- حدود المسؤولية
بَسمة إكسبرس غير مسؤولة عن أي خسارة أو ضرر أو إصابة ناجمة عن سوء استخدام الخدمات، أو -
تقديم العميل معلومات غير صحيحة، أو عدم اتباع التعليمات أو النصائح المهنية
العميل هو المسؤول الوحيد عن كيفية استخدامه للخدمات بعد تقديمها -
٤- القانون والاختصاص القضائي
جميع الخدمات المقدمة من بَسمة إكسبرس تخضع للقوانين والأنظمة السارية في بلد تقديم -
الخدمة وأي نزاعات أو مطالبات أو إجراءات قانونية ناشئة عن الخدمات أو مرتبطة بها يتم النظر فيها
حصراً أمام المحاكم المختصة في بلد تقديم الخدمة
إن قيامكم بحجز أو استخدام أي خدمة عبر بَسمة إكسبرس يُعتبر تأكيدًا على أنكم قرأتم وفهمتم
ووافقتم على إخلاء المسؤولية هذا

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- All services provided by Basma Express are subject to the laws and regulations of the country of service delivery. Any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising from or related to the services must be exclusively handled by the competent courts in the country where the service is provided.
