بدأت قصتنا بفكرة بسيطة، أن نُوحّد تحت منصة واحدة نخبة من المتخصصين الموثوقين، لنمنح العائلات راحة البال فيما يتعلق بصحتهم وبيوتهم
لكن رسالتنا تتجاوز الحدود. نحن نعلم أن الكثير من السوريين يعيشون في الخارج بينما أحباؤهم ما زالوا في الوطن. مع بَسمة إكسبرس يمكن للعائلات في المهجر أن ترتب وتدفع تكاليف الخدمات الطبية والمنزلية لآبائهم وأقاربهم وأحبائهم داخل سوريا، في أي وقت ومن أي مكان في العالم. وحتى المغتربين عند عودتهم إلى سوريا يمكنهم الاستفادة من خدماتنا بسهولة ومن دون تعقيدات القوانين أو الأنظمة الجديدة

Our story began with a simple idea — to bring together trusted professionals under one platform, providing families with peace of mind when it comes to healthcare and home care.
But our mission goes beyond borders. We know that many Syrians live abroad while their loved ones remain at home. With Basma Express, families living outside Syria can easily arrange and pay for medical and home services for their parents, relatives, and loved ones — anytime, from anywhere in the world. And for those returning to Syria from abroad, our services are available seamlessly, without the complications of adjusting to a new system.
